SandPumper II Material Pump

The SandPumper II System features a hydraulically driven dual diaphragm material pump designed to maintain consistent material flow, even with heavy sand loadings. Ride-On Spray / Squeegee Machine

Spray, Squeegee or Combination Method

The SP Series allows contractors to spray, squeegee or utilize a combination of both application methods depending on pavement conditions and project requirements. Many contractors consider the spray-and-squeegee method the gold standard for sealcoating, using a squeegee coat to work material deeper into the pavement pores, followed by a spray coat to provide a smooth, uniform finish.

Quick-Change Floating Squeegee Assembly

The assembly features a front box squeegee and rear-angling squeegee with windrow capability. The front box squeegee helps control material width to reduce waste and maintain consistent coverage. The rear-angling squeegee leaves a wet edge that helps reduce overlap marks on long pulls.

Automatic Neutral Safety Function

When the spray wand or spray bar is shut off, the system automatically shifts to neutral.

75-Foot Hose and Spray Wand

The 75-foot hose and spray wand provide the reach needed to apply material in areas where machine access may be limited.

One-Gallon Basket Strainer

The filtration system features a one-gallon basket strainer designed to keep debris and contaminants out of your system. The filtration system also reduces the risk of tip clogging, maintaining consistent material flow throughout the application process.

Easy-Open Butterfly Valves

Operators can quickly start and stop material flow at the end of a pass and manually direct material to either side of the machine. When handling heavy sand loadings, the valves help prevent sand and thick material from becoming trapped and restricting flow.
